Payday Crime War offers a free-to-play experience with optional microtransactions, although at times they can feel a bit overwhelming. We highly recommend teaming up with friends to fully enjoy the tactical gameplay, as effective communication is crucial. The game also provides complete controller support, ensuring a seamless experience for FPS enthusiasts.
When it comes to gameplay, you have the option to take on the role of criminals. In multiplayer matches with up to 4 players, your objective is to carry out daring heists and confront the police. On the other hand, if you choose to play as policemen, your mission is to prevent the criminals from executing their plans.
The game modes. The rank mode stands out as a highly competitive option. By winning 10 quick matches, you can unlock the rank mode and engage in intense competition. Alternatively, there is the Arcade mode for a more relaxed experience. In both modes, players have the freedom to select their characters, each possessing unique abilities.
For PvP enthusiasts, the Cash Grab mode remains a prominent feature. It pits two teams of 4 heisters against each other, competing to steal more cash from their opponents’ safes. Additionally, the developers have promised the addition of more maps and game modes in the future.
However, it’s the PvE cooperative heists that truly steal the spotlight in Payday Crime War. Players must meticulously plan and execute increasingly challenging heists. You’ll have a roster of familiar faces to choose from, with the likes of Dallas, Hoxton, Chains, and Wolf making their return, each bringing their own set of skills to the table.
Payday Crime War is a really fun game, but it will be better if you have a group of friends to make some missions or go to the PvP.
