A couple of weeks ago Konami released Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles and PC, while its mobile versions were awaiting a release date.
Now, Konami has announced that the successful card battle game is now available on iOS and Android. This new Yu-Gi game comes with a free-to-play model, it can be downloaded completely free of charge through the App Store and Google Play. Its rules are based on those of Yu-Gi-Oh! Collectible card game (TCG) but giving a fresh and intense touch with several game modes and three-dimensional graphics.
In Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel we can choose between playing campaigns based on the types of decks, we can see some story sequences that tell the origin of some of the more than 10,000 cards available in the game, or a multiplatform online mode that allows us to face friends and strangers in challenging card battles, no matter if they play on the same platform as us or not, se we are gonna find a lot of people. We will be able to customize the experience with companions, card protectors and the progress we get is saved across platforms.
The game has a tutorial mode where we can learn the basic concepts of the Yu-Gi-Oh! rules, also a Duel Strategy mode that will also be useful for newcomers to this game. As we progress we will discover new ways of playing and strategies, such as card creation, which allows us to disassemble the ones we don’t want to generate new ones, or deck management, which includes a huge database with predefined decks.
