On the very same day, it will also arrive on the M1 and M2 models of the iPad Pro and iPad Air.
Originally released in 2021 on PC, PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, Resident Evil Village left an indelible mark for its pulse-pounding narrative and a menagerie of terrifying creatures. The game features an array of formidable foes, including werewolf entities, a grotesque mutant fish creature, a ruthless cult leader, and hordes of grotesque zombie-like adversaries.
Following its initial release, Village found its way to Mac platforms in 2022. The eagerly awaited news of its availability on iPhone and iPad was unveiled during Apple’s annual iPhone event on September 12, 2023. The official release date was subsequently disclosed by Capcom this week, adding to the excitement of fans. Furthermore, players can look forward to the arrival of the Resident Evil 4 remake on Apple’s mobile devices in 2023, although the specific release date remains pending confirmation.
In addition to Resident Evil Village, other captivating titles are set to grace the iPhone 15 Pro, thanks to the cutting-edge A17 Pro chipset. The base game is priced at $40, with the option to expand the experience through the Winters’ Expansion DLC, available for an additional $20.
