Volcano Girl

Volcano Girl comes from a small studio (FeHeGu). It is a port from “Volcano Princess” a game for Nintendo Switch, PS5. In Volcano Girl players must take care of a little girl, our daughter, and help her grow in life and teach her to solve problems.

It is a mix of RPG, there are attributes, it has a lot of visual novel but also something of the Tamagotchi genre. The game looks pretty good graphically, it has a chibi drawing style with some anime, especially in the character design.

The settings are well designed, it has a very warm and pleasant color palette. There is a lot to do in this game, taking care of Rose (the girl’s name) over time is not an easy task, but it is very satisfying. I haven’t reached the end, so there could be surprises.

The battle system lacks robustness, with the absence of an item system for health recovery, and animations are mostly absent. However, these are not glaring omissions, especially considering that adventuring is just one of the many activities in your daughter’s bustling life.

“This is a healing game that helps your daughter grow, accompanying and guiding her on her journey of growth. You will witness every stage of your daughter’s growth and witness her happy years.” Therefore we can infer that the game tries to make sure players have a good time during their experience with the game.

Volcano Girl is free for Android phones, there is no news of a version on iOS and PC Steam. Contains advertising within the game.
