Pisces Cardinale
Pisces Cardinale is the latest Saint to join the test server. He will be the Banner for January on the China server and February (hopefully) on the Global server. For now, we have a support unit for Bleed teams. His focus is on empowering these teams, but he also has the option of healing our allies. More details will be available as the days go by.

Skill Descriptions

Skill 1

Dagger Rose

Deals 110%/115%/120%/125%/130% P.DMG and applying a [Bleed] effect, while reducing the target's shield by 10%/10%/10%/15%/15%.

Skill 2

Royal Magic Palace Rose

Unleashed de Rose Garden, attacking all enemy units and dealing 220%/240%/260%/280%/300% physical damage. Each unit also has an 60%/65%70%/75%/80% chance (+ Hit Status) to apply the [Rose Mark] to each unit. [Rose Mark] When an enemy unit with [Bleed] is attacked, the [Bleed] stacks raise in 1. It can be purified, last 2 rounds and can not be stacked.

Bloody Rose

While Cardinale is present, after an objective enemy gets [Bleed], he also gets [Bloody Rose] that it lasts for two rounds. [Bloody Rose]: Defense reduced by 5%/5%/8%/8%/10% * no. [Bleed] Stacks). When the target takes damage for bleeding and completes its action, inflicts physical damage equivalent to the 10%/10%/15%/15%/20% * no. [Bleed] stacks to both shields and health. 60%/60%/70%/70%/80% of the total damage dealt by [Bloody Rose] is will distribute equitably to restore the health of all allied fighters. It can be purified. It lasts for 2 rounds and cannot be accumulated repeatedly.

The living must perish

After Cardinal's action, inflict the following effect on all the Allied fighters: [The living must perish] [The living must perish]: When an ally with this state inflicts damage to a target with less than 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% health and has layers of state [Bleed], they deal additional true damage equivalent to the 5%/5%/6%/6%/8% of your maximum health. The state [The living must perish] disappears after the allied fighter deals this damage. It can dissipate, lasts for 2 rounds and cannot be accumulated repeatedly.
