Each stack of [Ice Seal] on the target increases the chance by 5%/6%/7%/8%/10% and the freezing lasts for 2 action turns. If the main target is in the [Frozen/Black Ice] status, consumes up to 2 stacks of [Crystal of Wisdom], each stack dealing 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% C.DMG, freezes the target for action turns equal to Degel's stacks of [Crystal of Wisdom] in a round (cannot be purified), and applies 2 stacks of [Ice Seal].
