Blue Lock: Blaze Battle

We have a new Blue Lock game. Blue Lock: Blaze Battle (ブルーロック BLAZE BATTLE)  has been announced by BAEL. The studio will be releasing a brand new football game based on the Blue Lock manga/anime series and is slated to launch in Japan this year.

For those of you who are new to the series, there is a story mode in the game where you can relieve most of the key moments in the original anime series. The gameplay is developed to allow Players to be more immerse in world in Blue Lock thus Players will find many familiar characters and their skills from the anime series.

“The Japan Football Union launches a plan to nurture strikers who will lead Japan to the World Cup. Its name is the “Blue Rock (Blue Prison)”  project. 300 high school students were collected. Moreover, all of them are FW (forward). A striker who will revolutionize Japanese football , born at the expense of 299 football lives …? ”

As by now, there is no much info, we don’t know how much different would be to other Blue Lock game like Project World Champion. But it seems to be an sports RPG with some in game football mechanics.

However, we may not have to wait for a long time. Blue Lock: Blaze Battle is set to release this 2023. Stay tuned for more news to come.
